REM Properties is a group of 20 houses for rent close to the University of Iowa campus in Iowa City. Many are within walking distance and typically each house is rented to a group a students with one lease. We also have 1-2 bedroom apartments at Beaver Kreek Center in North Liberty near Pizza Ranch, Dairy Queen and Mosley's; as well as 2 bedroom units on Westside Drive in Iowa City.
